Shipping

We ship within 3 business days of purchase. At checkout the carrier options are USPS First Class or UPS Ground for orders shipped within the USA.

  • I do offer local pickup in Marietta, GA! Please select local pickup during checkout and contact me at stone.and.ashe@gmail.com after placing your order to organize a time to meet locally at Marietta Coffee Company on Roswell Road.

  • For international orders, please contact me at stone.and.ashe@gmail.com with your city and country and I can obtain a personalized shipping quote. Since rates between countries fluctuate greatly, international orders do require a personal touch and I am more than happy to get the order set up for you!

Once an item is shipped, we are not responsible for any losses incurred by the carrier service. No refunds are issued for lost packages.

If you wish to purchase insurance for your package, please reach out to stone.and.ashe@gmail.com before or immediately after purchase for a quote on the cost of insurance for the item. Insurance typically runs anywhere from $5 - $15 depending on the item being shipped. Buyer is responsible for any additional insurance costs.

Returns 

All sales are final.

We strongly encourage using our contact form or sending a message through our Instagram page prior to purchase if you have any specific questions about a piece.

That said, if your item arrives damaged or you notice a defect that was not included in the original description, please immediately email stone.and.ashe@gmail.com with your name, order ID, and photos of the damage/defect.

If you are truly unhappy with a piece we can evaluate possible returns on a case by case basis. In these cases, the buyer must reach out to us immediately upon delivery by emailing stone.and.ashe@gmail.com with your name, order ID and a description of your concerns. If a return is authorized, the buyer will be required to ship the item back to us within 3 DAYS of original delivery and provide us with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any item lost in transit and will not be able to refund you until or unless we receive the item back. Items must be in new, unworn condition.
